As a member of the Immigration Practice, Meghan works with multinational corporations on the employment of foreign nationals in the United States on both a temporary and permanent basis. With significant experience working with clients in the technology, manufacturing, financial services, medicine, and higher education sectors, Meghan assists clients with the preparation of successful nonimmigrant petitions in the L-1, E-3, H-1B, O-1, and TN categories. She also prepares employment-based permanent residence cases for outstanding researchers, individuals of extraordinary ability, multinational managers and executives; and for cases requiring PERM Labor Certification.

Meghan strives to maintain a deep and thorough knowledge of the ever-changing policies and regulatory developments surrounding corporate immigration law ensuring she is able to keep clients one step ahead of changes. She takes a proactive approach with both employers and employees in order to ensure compliance with the law.

Meghan takes great pride in helping clients succeed. She understands that situations surrounding a foreign national’s move to the United States can be difficult. She takes great pleasure and pride in helping people through some of the legal hurdles they may encounter when trying to relocate to the U.S. for work, guiding them through the process of obtaining visas and green cards. Meghan strives to make clients feel at ease with the course of action and helps ensure their immigration status is confirmed and solidified as quickly and easily as possible.
