Hodgson Russ partner Elizabeth McPhail will join a group of other industry leaders at the School Safety in WNY – Legal Roles and Critical Responsibilities forum, presented by the Bar Association of Erie County Municipal and School Law Committee. This forum will discuss topics such as prevention, preparedness, and crisis management. McPhail will co-present on the aftermath and recovery, focusing on student responses and disciplinary issues, staff concerns and disciplinary issues, and district liability.

Join school administrators, law enforcement agencies, and municipal and school law attorneys to discuss this critical and timely topic. Attendees at this forum will receive 3.0 CLE credits: 2.0 Areas of Professional Practice and 1.0 Skills. The Erie Institute of Law has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of continuing legal education in the state of New York.
