A comprehensive presentation sponsored by the University at Buffalo addressing current issues in sexual harassment and discrimination in employment, education and athletics with emphasis on Title IX and New York State’s new employer requirements. This program will be beneficial to attorneys, education administrators and athletic directors.

The featured speakers are Mark M. Alnutt (Director of Athletics, University at Buffalo), Helen Drew (Teaching Faculty & Sports Law Expert, University at Buffalo School of Law), Elizabeth D. McPhail (Partner, Hodgson Russ) and Kathleen M. Twist (Senior Associate Athletic Director for Sports Administration, University at Buffalo, Division of Athletics.)

Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 8:30 a.m.
Program from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
