Hodgson Russ LLP Honored for “Tipping the Scales” Toward Gender Equity in New Partner Classes
Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as a law firm that is “Tipping the Scales” in its 2023 new partner class. Out of over 200 firms researched for the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance’s 2023 New Partner Report, Hodgson Russ stands out as one of approximately 75 firms with new partner classes consisting of at least 50% women. Five of the six attorneys elected to the firm’s partnership this year are women.
The New Partner Report annually compiles and analyzes publicly released data from the nation’s largest and top-grossing law firms, focusing on the gender breakdown of attorneys promoted to partnership.
