David is the Healthcare Practice Leader and concentrates his practice in health care law and cleantech transactions including mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. He also provides advice on contracting and corporate structuring and financing. David is a member of the firm’s Opinion Committee and has experience in all aspects of the opinion practice.
