Alisha M. Sanders

Alisha assists the attorneys in the Immigration Practice with the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant petitions in the L-1, TN, and H-1B categories.  She also works with our clients to navigate nonimmigrant visa application processes at US consular offices around the world.

Further, Alisha assists in the preparation of employment-based immigrant petitions for multinational managers and outstanding researchers, as well as PERM-based immigrant petitions in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories.

Before joining Hodgson Russ, Alisha worked for a local healthcare agency in the Quality and Data department where she was responsible for reporting and collaborating with other departments to determine their reporting needs. Prior to that, she worked for a bank in the Closing and Collateral, Dealer Funding department. Alisha's responsibilities included reviewing loan documents, funding loans, drafting lien release letters, and completing monthly auditing on booked loans.
