Martha is an Associate in the Business Litigation Practice, where she handles a wide variety of matters, including personal injury, insurance defense, contract disputes and criminal law. Her practice also includes labor and employment litigation, assisting clients with disputes related to alleged harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as handling ERISA claims. Martha has litigation experience at both the state and federal level.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Martha held a clerkship position with the Hon. Eugene Fahey at the New York Court of Appeals. She also held an internship position with Assemblywoman Monica Wallace where she assisted the legislative director on various matters.

Before pursuing her law degree, Martha was employed as Country Coordinator for Malawi and Zimbabwe for the non-profit organization Project Healthy Children, where she worked with local governments on the initiation and implementation of nation-wide nutrition programs.
