In this presentation, Mr. Endres will review NY’s response to the TCJA, including New York’s new Employment Compensation Expense Program, its charitable contribution program, and its proposed state-wide Unincorporated Business Tax. Mr. Endres will also review new legislation enacted during the previous year as part of the state budget. Finally, Mr. Endres with discuss new enforcement initiatives being conducted by the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and the New York City Department of Finance.
