Jessica P. Chue

Jessica provides clients with legal advice relating to a broad range of banking and financial transactions matters and bankruptcy-related matters. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Shelley C. Chapman in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York where Jessica worked on a number of large, notable Chapter 11 cases such as Lehman Brothers, Nine West, and Cumulus Media.  Prior to clerking in the bankruptcy court, Jessica practiced in the financial services group of a law firm in New York City where she primarily represented banks and hedge funds that purchased and sold distressed assets such as bank debt, private securities and bankruptcy claims, both domestically and internationally. While attending law school, Jessica interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
