Emily concentrates her practice on business litigation and torts, insurance, and products liability. Her areas of focus include commercial disputes, contract litigation, employment litigation, school district litigation, and business transactions. Emily assists business entities and individuals in federal and state courts throughout New York.

Emily is a member of the firm’s Antitrust, Trade Regulation & Anticorruption Practice. She assists clients with a variety of antitrust issues, including pre-merger notifications, investigations, and Hart-Scott-Rodino (“HSR”) filings before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice.

In addition, Emily’s practice includes work in the food and beverage industry, where she assists domestic and international clients with U.S. Department of Agriculture and Food and Drug Administration regulations and compliance.  Her practice includes assistance with import and export transactions, labeling requirements, facility registration, and permit certifications for produce, plants, meat, dairy, and other goods.
