For more than thirteen years, Michael has concentrated his practice in employee benefits law and has worked with a vast array of clients including private and public employers. Mike represents public employers such school districts and municipalities while also counseling private employers in many different types of industries such as manufacturing, healthcare and more. Mike's private employer clients cover a broad range of industries and he is fully equipped to handle different sectors.

Mike is proficient in matters regarding the Affordable Care Act, Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and tax compliance for welfare plans. He works extensively with both public and private employers regarding these areas, too.

Mike's practice also delves into corporate transactions such as corporate acquisitions which have involved a European-owned Client which sought to expand its business in the United States.
